By booking our vehicle transport services operating under Twenty 15 Ltd you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Services Provided

Twenty 15 Ltd provides professional vehicle transport services across the UK, including enclosed and open transport, event logistics, and door-to-door collection and delivery for prestige, supercars, and high-value vehicles.

Bookings & Payments

All transport bookings must be confirmed in writing (or electronic). A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Full payment is due prior to or upon collection unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via bank transfer.

Vehicle Condition & Inspection

Vehicles must be in a safe, operable condition unless previously agreed. Any known faults or concerns must be disclosed before transport. A condition report and photographic inspection will be completed at collection and delivery. Twenty 15 Ltd is not responsible for any pre-existing or undisclosed damage.

Insurance & Liability

All vehicles are fully insured while in our care, including during loading, transit, and unloading. Our liability is limited to the terms of our insurance policy. Personal belongings left in vehicles are not covered and are transported at the owner’s risk.

Delays & Cancellations

We aim to meet agreed schedules but cannot be held responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen events. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled collection may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Access Requirements

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure suitable access for our transporters at collection and delivery points. Please notify us in advance of any restrictions (e.g., low bridges, narrow roads, or limited turning space).

Privacy & Confidentiality

Client information and transport details are handled with complete confidentiality. Discretion is a core part of our service, particularly when dealing with high-value vehicles and high-profile clients.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
